The same as outbound: $0.02 a segment for SMS and $0.03 for MMS. iMessage lines and WhatsApp have no per-message charge in either direction.
US numbers that send texts have to be registered with the carriers. You file it from the dashboard and we show you the status as it moves through review.
Yes. Sub-accounts each get their own numbers and usage, and you get one rolled-up bill. Custom per-customer rates are available on request.
Every new account starts with $5, enough for a number and about 100 texts. After that you add a card and the balance auto-recharges.
